- Guruna Nursery. Mostly mail-order
but now has a market stall in Marrickville (Sydney). Excellent and
knowledgable resource. Recommended (my native ginger, raspberry, muntries,
rock fig, and mint came from there).
- Eden Seeds. Has a small
selection of native plants among its extensive collection of old-fashioned,
non-GMO, and sometimes organic seeds.
- CERES
Bushfood and Permaculture Nursery. Melbourne, Victoria. No mailorder
service currently. Excellent list of bush tucker plants.
- Sydney Wildflower
Nursery Heathcote. Sydney, NSW. Small ssection on bushfoods; very
knowledgable staff to visit. Some of my midyimberries were sourced
from there.
- Australian
native plant nursery. Marsden, Sydney, NSW. Large range, mentions
some bushfoods on the site. According to website, has ground and dried
herbs for sale at the office.
- SEED WORLD AUSTRALIA
PTY LTD - International Seed and Plant Merchants. Suppliers of
Australian native seeds for nursery and revegetation purpose, native
grass seeds, Eucalyptus and Acacia specialists. Lists are by botanical
name.
- The
Illawarra Grevillia Park. A show place for Australian flora. Bulli,
NSW.
- Australian
Native Edible & Medicinal Seed Service. A part of Guruna Nursery
in Sydney. Seed supplies only. Extensive list of bushfood seeds; excellent
catalogue with common as well as botanical names.

& Cottage Plants Nursery. Specialist retail nursery stocking a
selection of bushfood plants and cottage style natives, as well as
non-native herbs and cottage plants. Hurstbridge, Vic.

City Council Nursery. The Community Nursery is one of Sydney's
leading indigenous nurseries, supplying local provenance plants, and
other native and exotic species that are ideally suited to the soils
and climate of the eastern suburbs. Randwick, NSW. Got my midyimberries
and cutleaf mintbush from there.
- Bushnuts
Nursery. Wholesale propagation nursery specialising in Australian
rainforest and rainforest margin species. Tallebudgera Valley, Qld.

Natures Bush Tucker. Company focusing on the propogation and use
of bushfoods. Has a wildlife refuge and native plant forest for visiting.

the cultivation, propagation, conservation and appreciation of Australia's
native flora. Umbrella body for the state-based Regional Bodies. The
first place anyone interested in native produce should visit and then
become a member.

Medicine Forum (hosted by Guruna
Nursery). Look for me under the name eataust.
- GardenWeb Australia. Three forums, in particular, are of
great use to the native gardener: Herbs

Native Plants, and Australia. Use the excellent search engine
before asking questions. I'm known as The Librarian when making
